Network latency, document size, and performance signal diagnostics;
Public HTTP security header inspections and DNS email security checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX);
Industry-specific readiness audits (e.g. clinics, dentists, restaurants, gyms, salons, real estate, law firms);
Commercial website calculators, ROI estimators, CAC/CPL modeling, and lost-leads analyses;
Utility generators (WhatsApp links, click-to-call snippets, UTM tags, QR codes, robots.txt analyzers).

3Free Tools & Availability

The tools are currently provided free of charge for legitimate diagnostic and evaluation use. DhirajWeb reserves the right to modify features, enforce rate limits, add paid tiers, or discontinue individual tools at any time without prior notice.

4Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the platform in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must only submit URLs for websites that you own, operate, or have authorized permission to evaluate, or publicly available web pages for legitimate research.

Strictly Prohibited:

Scanning internal, private, or loopback network addresses (such as localhost, 127.0.0.1, 10.0.0.0/8, 192.168.0.0/16, or cloud metadata endpoints);
Attempting Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF), SQL injection, XSS, or network penetration against the platform;
Submitting URLs with the intent to launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks on third-party servers;
Circumventing platform rate limiters, token buckets, or IP security controls;
Scraping or harvesting report data at abusive automated volumes.

5User-Submitted URLs & Data Handling

When you submit a URL for analysis, our server fetches the publicly accessible HTTP headers and HTML markup. We extract non-sensitive metadata (such as titles, headings, and schema blocks) strictly to compute the requested audit score.

We do not capture or store private session cookies, authorization headers, passwords, or personal credentials. Submitted URLs are not permanently retained beyond operational cache and temporary diagnostic report storage.

6Nature of Diagnostic Results

All audit scores, findings, recommendations, and calculator outputs are provided on an “as-is” informational basis. DhirajWeb does not represent or warrant that diagnostic results are 100% complete, error-free, or exhaustive. Diagnostic outputs do not guarantee search rankings, conversions, email deliverability, or security posture.

7Shareable Diagnostic Reports

The platform enables users to generate shareable audit reports via unique, unguessable report links. You are solely responsible for how and with whom you share these links. Anyone with access to a public report URL may view the diagnostic summary contained in that report.

8Intellectual Property Rights

All software, source code, visual design, user interfaces, branding, icons, custom audit algorithms, and original content on the Tools Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of DhirajWeb and are protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable intellectual property laws.

You may freely use, share, and export generated calculator results, audit summaries, and diagnostic findings for your own personal or business projects.

9Third-Party Services & Links

The platform may contain links to external third-party websites or services (e.g. Google, Cloudflare, WhatsApp). DhirajWeb does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of third-party platforms.

10Prohibited Activities & Abuse

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the platform's source code, utilize automated crawlers or bots to overburden our infrastructure, or engage in any fraudulent activity that impairs service reliability for other users.

11Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The platform and all tools, calculators, and reports are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

12Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DhirajWeb, its founders, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, or business reputation, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Tools Platform.

13Account & IP Access Suspension

We reserve the right to immediately throttle, block, or permanently suspend IP addresses or users who violate this Acceptable Use Policy, exceed rate limits, or engage in suspicious automated activity.
